I’ve suffered from a ‘bad back’ for years, nothing chronic or requiring surgery but a frequent repetition of serious lower back muscle pain.
Most often it occurred just before a cycle event or a ski trip. Pilates had been mentioned to me many times on visits to physios but never thought it was for me. How wrong! I started with Nicky and within a few weeks saw the benefit of added flexibility, strengthening and muscle awareness. 1:1 sessions are individually tailored to address specific problems and incorporate a varied range of exercises. Testament to the improvement was a pain free Marmotte ride and a ‘King of the Mountains’ route through the Pyrenees and Alps – 20,000m climbing over a week without any problems. I can’t recommend Nicky or Pilates highly enough.

Nicky is such an amazing Pilates teacher. She’s worked wonders with my back & shoulders. I can’t rate her enough. She’s fun to be with and really keeps a gentle eye on anyone with special needs like me! in my opinion won't find a better Pilates/Yoga teacher.
