CLASSES

Classes cater for mixed ability and levels of experience.

Where possible class sizes are kept small enough for everyone to receive the individual attention they require ensuring correct alignment, and progression during every session. During classes Nicky encourages you to tune into and listen to your body’s needs to gain the most benefit from your practice.

One to One Sessions.

One to one sessions are perfect if you want to create a practice uniquely tailored to you. We can work on anything you feel would personally suit you. Alternatively you can be guided by Nicky to focus on your own body’s needs.
