Yoga is essentially the connection of the body and mind through breath. Touching every aspect of life yoga teaches us to overcome the limitations of the body, allowing us to nurture our mind, body and soul.

In the fast pace of modern life it is more important than ever to give ourselves time to slow down. Through Yoga we can reconnect to ourselves and nature, helping us to re-balance physically, mentally and emotionally.

Nicky is a qualified 200hr Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga teacher. Nicky’s aim as a Yoga teacher is to help people tune into their bodies and minds, finding a sense of ease through breath and movement, allowing the mind to quieten and the body to feel more grounded.

Taking her inspiration from her love of Kitesurfing and Surfing Nicky also enjoys creating practices that benefit athletes. Paying attention to smaller muscle groups and neuromuscular connections helping balance muscle patterning and create suppleness and flow within movement. Nicky teaches clients about refining alignment and becoming more in tune with their bodies, helping to prevent and rehab injuries.
